Benefits System - Changes many changes due in benefits
System. Basically, the changes are necessary to ease the burden on
the state, and to try to weed out those who are wrongfully claiming
benefits.
30th September 2008 - Conservative Party Conference hears new plans for
getting people off benefits!
Employment and Support allowance comes into effect from 27th October 2008. It
replaces the present Incapacity benefit and Income Support allowances. You need
to be aware of the changes!
The Citizens Advice Bureau says that the planned
rule change is a “harsh and heartless” policy!
