Carer's Allowance - Brief introduction and detailed follow up.

Carers play an increasingly important part in modern society. The importance is such, that your Local Authority has a duty to help you, by providing support services to you. It can be as basic as helping you cope at home, by provision of a home help, or even to help you take a break from your duty as a carer. The local council will have to carry out an assessment to see if you are eligible for carer's help.
